FDH Design and Construction is a family run business built on almost 30 years of engineering experience. Founder David Fischer has spent decades applying that expertise hands on renovating and building out his own real estate investment portfolio. Every project is approached with both technical precision and practical know how.
How We Work
We work on a transparent, cost-plus basis for general contracting with detailed bids, itemized costs, and no guesswork about what you're paying for. Engineering is billed at an hourly rate. As a family-run business, every project gets the same level of care David brings to his own properties.
